VISIA lets Allure Magazine show their readers which skin care products work best
When Allure Magazine was preparing an evaluation of skin care products for the January issue, they wanted to show proof of their claims. That’s where the VISIA Complexion Analysis came in. Journal of Drugs in Dermatology reports VISIA a beneficial tool for patient education in dermatology and aesthetic practices.
The November, 2014 issue of the Journal of Drugs in Dermatology reports the results of a survey involving twenty-one women at a dermatology practice. Each subject underwent a facial skin analysis using the VISIA Complexion Analysis System, and was then asked to complete a questionnaire about the experience.
Tabulating the results, 86% of the participants reported that the VISIA analysis helped them understand their initial concern, and the same number reported that the analysis brought other skin problems to their attention. 62% of the subjects responded that they would prefer to go to a practice with VISIA rather than one without VISIA. And 100% said they would recommend VISIA analysis to others.
