Journal of Drugs in Dermatology reports VISIA a beneficial tool for patient education in dermatology and aesthetic practices

The November, 2014 issue of the Journal of Drugs in Dermatology reports the results of a survey involving twenty-one women at a dermatology practice. Each subject underwent a facial skin analysis using the VISIA Complexion Analysis System, and was then asked to complete a questionnaire about the experience. Tabulating the results, 86% of the participants reported that the VISIA analysis helped them understand their initial concern, and the same number reported that the analysis brought other skin problems to their attention. 62% of the subjects responded that they would prefer to go to a practice with VISIA rather than one without VISIA. And 100% said they would recommend VISIA analysis to others.
